1. Will I have to pay extra customs duties or import taxes in Germany?

All prices are shown in Euros and include applicable German VAT. For orders delivered within Germany and the EU, any applicable shipping costs are clearly shown at checkout. You will not be charged unexpected import duties for orders shipped from within the EU.

2. How can I track my package after placing an order?

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, we will send you an email with your shipping confirmation and tracking details. You can then follow your package until it reaches your delivery address.

3. How long does shipping take to Germany and across the EU?

Estimated delivery times are shown on the individual product page. Ready-to-ship items are normally dispatched promptly, while made-to-order or customised items may require additional processing time. The applicable shipping options and costs are shown at checkout.

4. How do Indian size charts translate to European clothing sizes?

Our products include detailed measurement charts in centimetres and/or inches. We recommend comparing these measurements with your own measurements rather than relying only on your usual European clothing size.

5. What is a "Ready-to-Wear" saree and how does it work?

A Ready-to-Wear saree is pre-stitched and designed to make wearing a saree much easier. Instead of creating the pleats manually, you simply put on the pre-stitched portion and drape the pallu over your shoulder.

6. Can blouses or men's kurtas be altered if needed?

Some unstitched and semi-stitched garments include additional fabric margins that allow for tailoring. We recommend checking the measurements and stitching information on the individual product page before ordering. Alterations should be carried out by a qualified local tailor.

7. How do I ensure fabric quality and authentic colours online?

All garments are checked for quality before dispatch. As products are photographed under studio lighting and some garments feature handcrafted work, slight variations in colour, embroidery, texture, or finish may occur. These are not necessarily considered defects.

8. Are Indian ethnic garments suitable for cooler European weather?

Yes. Our collection includes a variety of fabrics and styles suitable for different seasons. Layered outfits, lined garments, silk blends and heavier fabrics can work well for cooler weather, while lighter fabrics such as georgette and organza are suitable for warmer occasions.

9. What is the return policy if an item doesn't fit?

Eligible products can be returned in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection laws and our Return Policy. Certain products, including customised, altered, personalised, or other excluded items, may not be eligible for return. Please check our full Return Policy before placing your order.

10. How should I wash and maintain designer ethnic wear at home?

Care instructions vary by fabric and garment. Professional dry cleaning is recommended for delicate, heavily embroidered, embellished, or handcrafted garments. Simpler cotton and everyday-wear pieces may be suitable for gentle hand washing. Always follow the care instructions provided with the product.
